3. Purchases and Transactions

  • Users acknowledge that any virtual spots, locations, or in-game assets they acquire through our services are subject to the risks associated with gameplay, including destruction, changes, or removal of such spots. Dropping Calc LLC is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the destruction or unavailability of acquired spots or assets.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
  • Users agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Dropping Calc LLC exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100.00) or the amount you paid Dropping Calc LLC, if any, in the past twelve months for the services giving rise to the claim.
