We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Dropping Calc. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The purchased product or service has not been used.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@droppingcalc.com or join our Discord support channel. Please include your order details and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. We appreciate your understanding.

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks very seriously. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of our terms.

  • Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, you are required to contact our support team at support@droppingcalc.com or through our Discord support channel to attempt resolution of any payment disputes.
  • Failure to contact us prior to initiating a chargeback will be considered a breach of these terms. This will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, a ban from all future purchases, and the forfeiture of any purchased goods or services. We also reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and recover any associated costs, including legal fees.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made after 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The purchased product or service has been used.
  • We reserve the right to deny any refund request at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, abuse of our refund policy, or other manipulative behavior.
